Nelo.TV (the "Nelo Website", or "Website" or “Nelo App”, or “App” or “APP”) is owned and operated by TVCOM, Inc. (hereafter "TVCOM", “TVCom”, "we", "our", or "us"). TVCom collects personal information when you register with Nelo App and/or Website and when you use TVCom products or services.

When you register we ask for information such as your name, email address, gender, or simply ask you to register with your social media credentials. When you register with TVCom and sign in to our services, you are not anonymous to us.

TVCom may collect information about your transactions with us. TVCom analyzes and stores all communications content, including email content from incoming and outgoing email.

TVCom may automatically receive and record information from your computer and browser, including your IP address, cookie information, software and hardware attributes, and the page you request.

TVCom may use information for the following general purposes: to customize the advertising and content you see, fulfill your requests for products and services, improve our services, contact you, conduct research, and provide anonymous reporting for internal and external clients.


In compliance with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act of 1998, TVCOM does not accept membership registrations from users who are under 13 years of age. By registering with TVCOM, you represent that you are at least 13 years old.

TVCom does not rent, sell, or share personal information about you with other people or non-affiliated companies except to provide products or services you've requested, when we have your permission, or under the following circumstances:

TVCom does not provide any personal information to the advertiser when you interact with or view a targeted ad. However, by interacting with or viewing an ad you are consenting to the possibility that the advertiser will make the assumption that you meet the targeting criteria used to display the ad.

TVCom’s potential advertisers may include financial service providers (such as banks, insurance agents, stock brokers and mortgage lenders) and non-financial companies (such as stores, airlines, and software companies).

TVCom may set and access TVCom / Nelo App cookies on your computer. We may also set and access device identifiers which could include IP address, user agent information (browser version, OS type and version), and device provided identifiers. Once you log into TVCom on your device, TVCom may recognize your device to provide you with a personalized experience, independent of your device settings.

Your Ability to Edit and Delete Your Account Information and Preferences

You can edit your TVCom Account Information, including your marketing preferences, at any time. You can also modify information you have provided to TVCom through the TVCom products or services you may use.

New categories of marketing communications might be added to the Marketing Preferences page from time to time. Users who visit this page can opt out of receiving future marketing communications from these new categories or they can unsubscribe by following instructions contained in the messages they receive.

We reserve the right to send you certain communications relating to the TVCom service, such as service announcements, administrative messages and the TVCom Newsletter, that are considered part of your TVCom account, without offering you the opportunity to opt out of receiving them.
